What will the sales tax on my order be?

The Outdoor Sports Shop only charges a sales tax on orders delivered within the state of Alabama. These orders will be charged a sales tax of 9%. For all other orders placed in the United States, there will be no tax charged.

Which payment methods are accepted by The Outdoor Sports Shop?

The Outdoor Sports Shop accepts payment by credit card, including Visa, Discover, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.

We are unable to accept orders placed on P.O. (Purchase Orders), C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery), or credit lines. All merchandise purchased must be paid for in full at the time of the order.

Can my order be delivered to a P.O. Box?

In an effort to reduce fraudulent orders, The Outdoor Sports Shop cannot ship our discount merchandise to a P.O. Box. We can only ship to valid street addresses located in the United States. In addition, orders cannot be shipped to a foreign address, A.P.O, or F.P.O. If you have entered a P.O. Box as the shipping address for your order, you will receive an error message and cannot process the order without entering a street address.

What shipping method will be used to ship my order?

The Outdoor Sports Shop primarily uses UPS to ship orders to customers as this company offers convenient tracking software and package insurance. In rare cases, our suppliers may have shipping contracts with other shipping companies, in this case, these other trusted shipping services may be utilized. Other possible shipping companies include Federal Express, Airborne, etc. All items will ship from the warehouse in 2-5 business days.

What will the shipping charges be for my order?

The cost to ship your order depends on a combination of multiple factors, including the merchandise weight and the distance the package will have to travel. You will be provided with a personalized shipping cost after selecting your items and inputting your delivery address, but prior to the completion of your order.

Can I track orders shipped to me from The Outdoor Sports Shop?

For all orders shipped via UPS, you will receive an email providing the UPS tracking information for that order. You can also access the tracking information for all of your orders through the "My Account" section of our website. Using the provided shipment tracking information, you may track purchases via the UPS website.

What is your Return Policy?

Most items purchased from The Outdoor Sports Shop may be returned if they are in new condition with all of the original packaging and documentation included. Please contact us within 10 days of the delivery date to inquire about returning an item, as items can not be returned after 10 days. All items must be returned shipping pre-paid and restocking fees will apply to returned items.

What do I do if I receive a damaged item?

Merchandise purchased from The Outdoor Sports Shop that is defective can be returned for a new item. Contact us within 10 days of receiving a defective item to obtain shipping information and information about receiving a replacement item.

If your item purchased from The Outdoor Sports Shop appears damaged do not accept delivery of the item and contact us immediately. If an order appears damaged after you have accepted delivery from the carrier, please contact us for a Return Authorization Number.

Does any of the discount merchandise sold at The Outdoor Sports Shop come with a warranty?

All warranties on any of our new outdoor sporting goods merchandise are the sole responsibility of the product's manufacturer. Please consult the product documentation for information on any available warranties.

Can I Buy Guns Online?

Yes,The Outdoor Sports Shop sells firearms only in accordance with Federal, State, and Local firearm laws. We can ship a firearm to any Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL Dealer) within the United States to handle the ownership transfer. You do not need to search for a FFL dealer to receive your firearm. We present you with a list of local dealers ready to accept your firearm. Most dealers charge a nominal fee ($20-$45) for the ownership transfer service.

What are My Responsibilities For Purchase of Certain Restricted Items?

The Outdoor Sports Shop cannot possibly be aware of and interpret all of the city, county, state and federal restrictions for the large assortment of products that we offer. With this in mind we do not warrant that you may legally purchase, resell, own, or use all of the products offered by us. Many cities, counties and states prohibit certain products and it is your responsibility to be in compliance with all laws regarding these products. Products of issue include, but are not limited to Ammunition, High Capacity Magazines, Knives, Stun Guns, Pepper Spray, and Airguns. When you place an order with us for products that may have restrictions, you warrant to us that you are a legal adult without legal restrictions and are in compliance with all local city, county, state and federal laws.
